Refunds + Warranty

Warranty Policy:

We use high quality materials and clasps in all our jewelry. We have a 15 day warranty upon fulfilment date if you have received an item that has malfunctioned.  

Return Policy: 

Custom pieces are not eligable for a refund. Returns can be made within 15 days of the order fulfilment date (please refer to your completed email). Returned products must be unworn and returned in the same packaging. Returns will recieve a store credit for the original payment amount minus any shipping costs. To begin the process of determining eligibility for a return, please contact us here and include your order number. 

Please inform us of any cancellations within 24 hours of placing the ordering as we may have already started the fulfillment process. 

Item's purchased through one of our retailers do not qualify for a return or exchange directly through us.

Things can happen out of our control like children tugging on chains, lotions/creams or something catching your necklace. Please contact us if you require a new chain and we can send you an invoice. 

Chain length exchanges may be eligable for exchange provided that it is not worn and has been purchased within the last 15 days. Please provide your order number and contact us through our contact page


Earrings Exchanges:

Earrings do not qualify for normal returns as standard practice due to the fact that they are in direct contact with penetrated skin. For this reasoning, all earrings are final sale. All earrings are sold in a pair, unless noted otherwise on the product page. We are not responsible for replacing a lost earring. 

 

Repairs

Please contact us to discuss possible repairs and include photo(s). Any return costs will be the customers responsibly.

Please read our care instructions located on the product page to keep all your Copper Rose Jewelry items in great condition. We recommend to keep your pieces out of water and remove when applying lotions/perfumes and working out.
