We are based out of Woodstock, Ontario.

Do you have a store front?

We do not have a store front but we do have some of our items at these shops:

Do you offer local pick up?

We have local pick up in Woodstock, Ontario. When checking out, there will be an option to select local pick up. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification with pick up instructions.

How long is your turn around time from when I place my order?
Our process time to complete your order is 1 week or less from order date. If you select shipping, this is an additional time to get to you. If you need your order done sooner please make arrangements with us through our contact page form to ensure we can accommodate your request. We would be happy to help out as we understand some things are time sensitive.

Can I stamp on both sides? 
We only stamp on one side of our metal. With all our custom products, our work is done by the craftmanship of our hands and a hammer. Each letter/design is hand stamped one by one to create one of a kind pieces, one never the same.

Can I get a refund/return on an item?
Please see my Returns page for additional information. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours at After this, we may have started working on your order and can no longer apply a refund.

This is a gift, can I leave a note? 
Absolutely! Please tell us what you would like to say and we can write it on your behalf. This can be done when checking out. Don’t worry! We do not send out invoices with our orders so your recipient will not see the amount you paid. (You can print off an invoice from your email once you have ordered).

Who do you ship with? 

We ship with Canada Post. At check out you can select ‘Letter Mail’ or ‘Express Post'. We are unable to track letter mail as it does not include a tracking number. We also ship in the United States.

I purchased an “Add On” but I am unsure how to put it on my necklace. 
There will be instructions on  how to put your item on at home in the the product page.
