Do you offer local pick up?

We have local pick up at Jarful Refillery in Woodstock, ON at 9 Light Street and at Stilettos and Sawdust in Stratford located at 155 Ontario Street.
Please double check that you have selected the right pick up location prior to checking out. We will send you an email within 5 business days of placing your order that your order is ready for pick up.

I haven't received an email from you about my order being done.
Please double check that your email was spelt correctly during checkout and secondary, checking junk mail.

How to find out my bracelet and necklace length?
Cut a piece of string and place it around your wrist/neck where you'd like the chain to lay. Measure it against a ruler to see your length.

How long is your turn around time from when I place my order?
Our process time from order date is 5 business days but can be longer in holiday seasons such as Mother's Day, Black Friday and Boxing Day. Shipping is additional time. If you need your order done sooner please make arrangements with us through our contact page form to ensure we can accommodate your request. We would be happy to help out as we understand some things are time sensitive but not guaranteed during our Black Friday and Boxing Day Sales.

Can stamping be done on both sides? 
We only stamp on the front side of our metal. With all our custom products, our work is done by the craftmanship of our hands and a hammer. Each letter/design is hand stamped one by one to create one of a kind pieces, one never the same.

Can I get a refund/return on an item?
Please see our policy page for additional information. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours at copper.rose.handmade@gmail.com. After this, we may have started working on your order and can no longer apply a refund.

This is a gift, can I leave a note? 
Absolutely! Please tell us what you would like to say and we can write it on your behalf. This can be done when checking out. Don’t worry! We do not send out invoices with our orders so your recipient will not see the amount you paid. (You can print off an invoice from your email once you have ordered).

I purchased an “Add On” but I am unsure how to put it on my necklace.

Do you have shipping options?
We offer 2 shipping options: Letter Mail with Canada Post which will not come with a tracking number or Standard Shipping including a tracking number.
